In this role, you will be responsible for:. . Designing and deploying advanced LLM-powered applications supporting payroll products and operations.. . Leading system architecture, observability, and cost optimization for critical AI workflows.. . Collaborating closely with ML researchers, product managers, and engineering teams.. . Driving innovation by applying groundbreaking LLM and NLP methods in high-scale environments.. . Ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-driven solutions.. . To succeed in this role, you should bring:. . 12+ years of engineering experience with strong system design expertise.. . Minimum 1.5 years building production-grade LLM applications.. . Strong Python expertise for AI/ML development and familiarity with Node.js.. . Deep knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.. . Hands-on experience in prompt engineering, LLM API integration, and system reliability.. . Proficiency with observability tools for AI systems.. . At least 2+ years of applied research experience in information retrieval, NLP, and ML.. .
