The Raspberry Pi Foundation’s work is entering an exciting phase as we extend our educational products and programmes to include artificial intelligence (AI). In collaboration with Google and Google DeepMind, we have developed world-leading resources to help teachers and students understand artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and are expanding the resources globally through partnerships with educational organisations.. Reporting to the Director of Global Partnerships, the Senior Global Partnerships Manager will oversee the . Experience AI. programme and partnerships, managing the global expansion. You will have experience of developing and sustaining successful partnerships, ideally in an education setting, and have the ability to deliver outcomes through partners. You will be an experienced programme manager able to deliver work effectively across internal and external teams, including with senior stakeholders, and be capable of managing multiple strands of work. You will also be financially literate with a track record of managing outbound grants and a good people manager with experience of developing and managing a high performance team.. You don’t need to be an expert in AI, computing, or digital making, but you do need to bring a passion for our mission and a willingness to learn. . Lead the identification and assessment of potential Experience AI partners based on set criteria. Ensure that potential partnerships are mission-aligned and maximise impact for underserved and educationally disadvantaged young people and communities.. . Programme manage Experience AI partnerships globally, supporting partners to deliver agreed outcomes to a high standard. Identify and correct challenges that are impacting our ability to meet these outcomes in both the short and long term. . . Oversee the process of awarding grants to partner organisations including due diligence and contracting. . . Manage budgets and grants effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to priorities and we follow best practice in grant management. . . Monitor and evaluate the impact of our work, ensuring delivery of outcomes and using learnings to drive improvement. Reporting internally and externally as required. . . Lead the development and improvement of Experience AI systems and processes as the programme grows. . . Develop and maintain effective relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders and partners, building trust and navigating challenges.. . Work collaboratively across our Learning, Marketing, Digital Products, Fundraising, and Impact teams to deliver, evaluate, promote, and report on Experience AI partnerships.. . Lead and manage a high-performing team. Provide support to teams in core markets to expand Experience AI in their country.. . Represent Experience AI at relevant events and meetings.. . Substantial programme management experience, including managing successful delivery of large-scale, complex initiatives.. . Experience and understanding of grant management processes.. . Experienced manager, with the ability to build diverse teams and support them to do great work, and manage cross team collaboration. Ideally, you will have experience of managing remote teams.. . A collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and complexity.. . Excellent verbal communication skills; you should be capable of presenting effectively and representing Experience AI’s unique benefits to audiences including senior stakeholders.. . Interest and knowledge of the AI landscape, particularly in education, with a demonstrable ability to develop new skills. . .
