Assist customers with inquiries about products, service options, installations, and energy savings. . Provide guidance on the benefits of renewable energy and address any concerns or questions. . Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure resolution of customer issues. . Collect feedback from clients to help improve our service offerings. . Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in renewable energy technologies. . . Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Excellent customer service skills with a focus on addressing client needs. .
