We are seeking a Technical Lead to guide a team of engineers delivering transformative digital solutions for a strategic client’s network operations function. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can operate across time zones, and is comfortable managing both client and engineering team expectations. . Responsibilities: . Lead and manage the delivery of technical solutions from concept to production, ensuring high-quality execution across multiple workstreams. . Collaborate with solution architects, technical leads, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, cloud-native, microservices-based applications. . Guide full-stack development using technologies such as Node.js, React, Python, Snowflake, PostgreSQL. . Oversee integration architecture using messaging platforms like Kafka and manage data across Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. . Resolve complex technical issues, including root cause analysis and production troubleshooting. . Drive documentation efforts—architecture diagrams, component specifications, and API documentation—to ensure transparency and maintainability. . Coordinate daily with engineering teams in India, ensuring alignment across time zones and maintaining momentum in Agile development cycles. . Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, code reviews, and team retrospectives as part of Agile Scrum or SAFe practices. . Champion continuous improvement around performance, scalability, reliability, and deployment automation. . Stay informed on emerging technologies, especially in supply chain and enterprise software, to inform strategic recommendations. . . 10+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a technical leadership or delivery management role. . . Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions across hybrid onshore/offshore teams. . . Strong expertise in modern development frameworks and tools (Node.js, React, Python, Snowflake, Postgres). . . Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools is a plus. . . Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical ideas into business value. . . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. . . Preferred Qualifications . . Familiarity with supply chain or telecom network operations software. . . Experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery role. . . Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and complex stakeholder environments. . .
