Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using advanced AI platforms and tools.. . Integrate AI agents with external systems such as APIs, databases, and CRMs to ensure seamless workflows.. . Optimize agent performance through fine-tuning, troubleshooting, and monitoring in complex enterprise environments.. . Gather technical requirements from clients and internal stakeholders, translating business needs into AI agent solutions.. . Conduct demos, present proof-of-concepts, and iteratively refine solutions based on user feedback.. . Coordinate project milestones, create implementation plans, and ensure timely delivery while providing actionable feedback to engineering and product teams.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to maximize customer ROI and shape platform capabilities.. . Serve as a technical advisor, guiding best practices for AI agent adoption, architecture, security, and scalability.. . . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. . 3+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or system integration.. . Proficiency in Python and Golang, with a strong ability to write clean, efficient code.. . Familiarity with AI/ML concepts; hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering preferred.. . Knowledge of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG); hands-on experience strongly preferred.. . Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.. .
