Tier 2 IT Support Technician at Freelance Latin America. We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Tier 2 IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment, can independently manage technical projects, and communicates clearly with clients to ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met.. Responsibilities. . Own and execute technical project outlines from start to finish.. . Provide Tier 2 support for Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows 10/11 endpoints.. . Configure and manage Intune for device enrollment and compliance.. . Communicate effectively with clients to set expectations, provide updates, and confirm task completion.. . Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets from Tier 1 support.. . Document all work in our PSA (Halo) and RMM (NinjaRMM) systems.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.. . Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.. . Assist with API integrations and custom workflows where applicable.. . . 2+ years of experience in a Tier 2 or equivalent IT support role.. . Strong expertise in Windows Server administration.. . Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure setup and management.. . Proficient in Windows 10/11 endpoint support.. . Hands-on experience with Intune device management.. . Familiarity with ticketing systems (Halo preferred) and RMM tools (NinjaRMM preferred).. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. . Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.. . Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and basic API concepts.. . Previous experience in an MSP or client-facing IT services environment.. . Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or similar.. .
