As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure that supports complex, distributed systems. You will work closely with protocol, smart contract, and software engineering teams to design tools and environments that streamline development workflows and ensure robust platform performance. Design, deploy, and maintain multi-cloud and bare metal infrastructure for large-scale applications.. Build internal tools and platforms to enhance developer productivity and workflow efficiency.. Ensure high uptime, service reliability, and smooth inter-service communication.. Maintain strong security practices and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO frameworks).. Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting across infrastructure and services.. Guide architectural decisions and promote best practices within the engineering team.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risk and deliver resilient platform solutions.. . 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering in high-standard, production environments.. Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, and Helm.. Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, PromQL, Grafana, Thanos).. Knowledge of secure infrastructure management (e.g., Vault, KMS).. Ability to make clear technical decisions and collaborate effectively across teams.. Proven interest in Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency, with understanding of protocols, staking, and DeFi.. Fluent in English; French is a plus for hybrid locations.. Nice-to-have:. Experience building internal developer platforms or high-availability systems..
