Responsibilities. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and various internal teams to ensure efficient office operations.. Manage and coordinate scheduling, meetings, and appointments, including preparation of necessary materials and follow-up communication.. Handle inbound communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately and responding promptly.. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality of company records.. Assist with the preparation, processing, and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.. Support the coordination and logistics for dealer communications, events, and market expansion initiatives.. Track office supplies inventory and place orders to maintain adequate stock while managing budgets effectively.. Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry or a related field.. Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff, dealers, and external partners.. Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms.. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and communications..
