We are seeking a Senior Customer Architect to lead customer-facing engagements in observability and security data solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their technical challenges, design tailored solutions, and guide the adoption of advanced data platforms. You will be responsible for driving measurable value through proof-of-concept deployments, seamless integrations, and best-practice guidance. Collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams, you will influence product direction while ensuring customers achieve their objectives. This role combines technical leadership, strategic advisory, and hands-on problem solving, enabling you to have a significant impact on both customers and product development. Ideal candidates have deep expertise in observability technologies, cloud platforms, and analytics pipelines, and excel in pre-sales and early adoption phases.. . Accountabilities. . Partner with sales teams to design and present solutions that address customer needs in observability, SIEM, and analytics use cases.. . Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept, and pilot deployments to ensure smooth onboarding and measurable value delivery.. . Leverage expertise in platforms such as Splunk, Cribl, Grafana, and Elastic to enable seamless customer integrations.. . Provide advanced troubleshooting and act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales and early adoption phases.. . Identify optimization opportunities, uncover additional use cases, and share best practices to maximize customer success.. . Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share feedback, influence product roadmap, and close solution gaps.. . Maintain up-to-date opportunity information in Salesforce and other tools to support revenue targets and organizational alignment.. . . . 3+ years of experience with observability, SIEM, or analytics platforms in customer-facing or pre-sales roles.. . Strong knowledge of observability architectures, log and metrics pipelines, and tools such as Splunk, with familiarity in Cribl, Grafana, or Elastic.. . Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).. . Proficiency in SQL, SPL, and at least one programming language (Python or Java).. . Proven ability to lead deep technical discovery, identify opportunities, and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.. . Strong ownership, accountability, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.. . Experience guiding early adoption of new products and shaping product-market fit.. . Bonus Points:. . Experience with large-scale log and metrics storage, compression, and query optimization.. . Familiarity with security analytics, incident response workflows, compliance-related data requirements, and containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Helm).. . Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC for pre-sales and value-based selling.. .
