Monitor the quality of tasks coming from internal teams: adherence to templates, adequacy of deadlines, and availability of all necessary information;. . Allocate tasks among copywriters, answer questions, and provide explanations;. . Accept tasks, provide feedback, perform additional checks for correctness, deliver to stakeholders, and make changes as necessary;. . Collaborate with managers on cross-team communication projects: product launches, promotions, landing pages, and promotional campaigns;. . Create and update guides and manuals to help writers understand the brand's tone of voice and avoid errors;. . Seek, interview, and onboard freelance copywriters to the team;. . Assign tasks for text localization from English to other languages;. . Mentor the team of writers, monitor their workload, and emotional state, help them understand complex projects, and provide advice on how to improve work, what tasks to pay attention to, and what works best;. . Gather analytics on communication projects to assess the effectiveness of the texts and understand what worked and what didn’t. Suggest ideas and hypotheses for improving communications.. . . Work as a team lead of copywriters/editor-copywriter with English-speaking clients, performers, and materials for at least 3 years; experience in tech companies is preferred;. . Organization of a team of copywriters: task allocation, timing control, communication with clients, making corrections, providing feedback, process building, and searching for copywriters on platforms;. . Creation and updating of communication guides, communication rules, and editorial policies;. . Basic understanding of copyright law as it applies to copywriting;. . Make requests for texts through platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, etc;. . Understanding of different business lines (B2C, B2B);. . Copywriting skills. Writing from scratch will be rare, but you must be capable of it when required;. . English – C2 level or proficiency. Being bilingual would be ideal;. . Understanding of the differences between American and British English, and the ability to spot and manage usage accordingly;. . Proficiency in a European language (Italian, Spanish, German, or French) at B1-B2 level or above would be a plus;. . Ability to work with all Google tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar, Mail), Notion, Figma;. . Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai): ability to integrate them into workflows to optimize processes, while knowing when human review is necessary.
