As part of our dynamic team, you will assist clients in understanding their logistics needs and ensuring they receive the assistance necessary to navigate their shipping and supply chain inquiries in Portuguese.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries related to logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain management through phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.. . Provide clear and accurate information regarding shipping rates, timelines, and customs regulations.. . Assist customers in resolving issues related to logistics and facilitate timely solutions.. . Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system.. . Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.. . Stay updated on industry trends to offer informed advice and support to customers.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.. . Outstanding communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.. .
