We are seeking ambitious individuals who excel in a rigorous, results-oriented environment to join our team as Incoming Analysts, starting in January 2026. Successful candidates will advance through our six-month professional development program and gain exposure to various Valitas projects. Participate in our Professional Development Program, including shadowing on client projects;. Lead and manage the firm’s quarterly strategic projects and support senior team members;.
