As the leader of the Campaign and Digital team, you will: . . Build & maintain long-term client relationships . . Inspire and manage your team to deliver high-impact campaign work that drives results, repeat engagement and account growth . . Partner closely with our Business Development team to win new clients - Deliver thoughtful strategy to maximize SketchDeck and client success - Set overall strategy and manage execution for the team. . ---- . Reporting to the Founder & SVP of SketchDeck, you will lead a team comprising three project managers and a content & strategy lead while partnering with Design / Creative directors and our global creative network and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns. . Your long-term goal is to grow our ~$2.5M/year digital business to $10M/year over the next five years by guiding a talented group of strategists, project managers, and creatives who deliver a wide range of digital services. Together, you’ll partner with clients to design and execute integrated, cross-channel campaigns that span UX research, web and UX design, web development, email marketing, paid and organic social media, content marketing, branding, and campaign launches. You will ensure that every engagement not only drives measurable results for our clients but also contributes to sustainable, profitable growth for SketchDeck. . What Success Looks Like in Year One. . You have expanded repeat business with key accounts by delivering campaigns that exceed expectations and strengthen client trust. . . Your team consistently delivers profitable work, maintaining strong utilization and margin across campaign types. . . You have built a repeatable process for digital campaigns across multiple specialties as we continue to grow. . . Overall, 40% growth in revenue and increasing profitability. . . . Expectations for day-to-day work (though looking for leaders who can set and manage their strategy and time effectively): . 1. Client Partnership & Project / Program / Campaign Leadership [50%]. . . Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding and aligning their business goals with digital projects & campaigns assets (e.g., SEO performance, conversion) that deliver measurable ROI . . Directly manage a team of project managers to deliver high-quality, practical project deliveries that exceed industry standards. . . Manage network of creatives, strategists and other specialists to ensure the breadth of skills & capacity needed . . Maintain senior level client relationships through process, keeping confidence & satisfaction . . Ensure client ROI and satisfaction to drive referrals and repeat business.. . Manage scope and billing, negotiating changes of scope if needed, ensuring overall profitability for the team.. . Facilitate collaboration across teams, identifying and solving bottlenecks to ensure alignment and seamless delivery. For example, working closely with the Content Marketing Team and the Video & Photography Team for campaign production . . Act as the Account Sponsor to accounts being serviced by Campaign and Digital project managers . . 2. Driving new opportunities and partnering with our business development team to grow team’s work that is aligned to our overall mission & capabilities [30%]. . . Contribute to business development meetings with developed opportunities to secure client confidence . . Develop solutions, pricing & timelines to client’s digital problems . . Build & lead pitches, inspiring clients to partner with us . . Create winning RFI and RFP responses . . Develop proposal materials inclusive of case studies, initial POVs on prospective clients’ businesses, and strategic presentations. . . Direct how we best market and sell SketchDeck Digital offerings . . 3. Lead overall growth and strategy for the campaign & digital team [20%] . . Set and direct the overall strategy for the campaigns and digital team, including project focus, platforms, staffing, and new services roadmap. . . Develop scalable strategies aligned with our operating values to achieve 4x growth over three years . . Manage revenue pipeline, addressing capacity gaps and overflow. . . Align team hires with growth and profitability goals. Including successful hiring and onboarding of new team members. . . Lead coaching and performance management to enhance team capabilities. . . Be a thought leader to our team and clients, on the topics of marketing campaigns, creating digital experiences, and creative services. . . 10+ years of agency experience with 4+ years in leadership (managing team). . Proven record of leading & scaling a business to $3m+ / year. . Expertise in strategic digital marketing, websites, email, integrated campaigns, social. . media, and advertising.. . Experience overseeing or partnering with a development team. . Proven business development & client communication / relationship skills. . Strong industry knowledge (e.g. understand digital frameworks, trends, etc). . Understanding of website frameworks, structure, KPIs.. . Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. . Strong creative and design sense – you know what good design looks like!. . Company Location: United States.
