Reporting directly to the Business Head, you will be responsible for focusing on two critical objectives:. . Support a modest growth of the existing revenue lines. . Launch and scale new revenue lines, exponentially.. . You will be supported by a team of Senior Managers to achieve these goals, with a significant emphasis (approximately 80% of your time) on developing the new courses business, which is expected to grow 5x within a year. . The Person is required to work in EMEA shift timings. . Key Responsibilities. . Revenue Roadmap and Strategic Alignment. . . Plan out the revenue roadmap for each quarter. . Enable different teams across the business with clear strategic priorities for monthly and quarterly objectives. . . . Cross-Functional Coordination and Execution. . . Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and Tech to drive monthly revenue delivery. . Program manage key strategic business priorities. . Intervene and provide solutions in case of delays or issues. . Proactively identify and resolve potential problems. . . . Revenue Monitoring and Reporting. . . Maintain comprehensive oversight of revenue across existing and new businesses. . Provide detailed business state overviews to the BU Head and larger teams. . Ensure revenue delivery aligns with established business plans. . Conduct proactive performance reviews and take corrective actions. . . Cross-Functional Team Collaborations. 1.
