Job Summary. As a . Norwegian-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR). , you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities in the Norwegian market. You’ll act as the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in building relationships and fueling the sales pipeline.. Key Responsibilities. . Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels in . Norwegian. . . . Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create high-quality opportunities for Account Executives. . . Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers. . . Book discovery calls and product demos for the sales team. . . Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). . . Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals.. . . Native or fluent . Norwegian language skills. (spoken and written) plus strong . English proficiency. . . . 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales preferred). . . Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. . . Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment. . .
