Perform detailed . skin retouching, garment cleanup, color correction, background cleanup, and compositing. . Deliver . high-quality retouching under tight deadlines. . Collaborate closely with . photographers, designers, and the creative team. to maintain visual consistency . Manage . large batches of images efficiently. using streamlined workflows . Maintain . organized file structures and consistent naming conventions. . Help . refine and improve internal retouching workflows. to increase speed and efficiency. 3–5+ years of professional photo retouching experience . Strong . portfolio showcasing fashion, product, or lifestyle retouching. . Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. . Experience working with . Capture One or Lightroom workflows. . Exceptional . eye for color, lighting, and natural skin retouching. . Ability to . work quickly without sacrificing quality. . Experience handling . high-volume e-commerce production. .
