People Operations Intern. , you’ll get hands-on experience supporting the People team in delivering a world-class employee experience. . You’ll have the opportunity to work across the entire employee lifecycle - from welcoming new teammates and coordinating onboarding, to contributing to culture and engagement initiatives that make Carry1st an amazing place to work. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing, global startup manages its people, processes, systems, and culture, while contributing to meaningful initiatives that help employees thrive.. You will.... . Support the employee lifecycle & experience by assisting with onboarding, offboarding and performance review processes. . Help maintain people data & processes by updating HRIS records and assisting with reporting. . Assist with policies & compliance by keeping documentation organized and up to date. . Provide support with systems & tools by helping ensure teammates have access to the necessary tools and keeping records updated. . Contribute to culture & engagement initiatives by coordinating surveys, drafting internal comms, and assisting with company-wide calls and engagement programs. . . This role is primarily about gaining experience and developing skills. To support you, we’ll offer a monthly stipend of around ~$350 (in local currency) for basic living expenses.. What makes you a great candidate?. . Recently graduated in HR, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. . Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. . Computer literate, with familiarity with Word and basic data entry. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Comfortable working in a fully remote environment. . Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about people operations in a fast-paced startup environment. . A team player who is adaptable and enthusiastic about contributing to company culture. .
