Senior Business Optimization Lead. to join our team and play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and delivering measurable business impact. This role requires a proactive, hands-on with strong interpersonal and analytical skills who can connect data insights to strategic objectives and support business growth through process excellence.. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, recommend optimizations, and implement innovative solutions that increase value, improve client satisfaction, and enhance operational performance.. What You'll Do. . Lead business process optimization initiatives across departments using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies. . . Translate complex data insights into strategic actions that align with business goals. . . Design and implement automation solutions to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency. . . Manage and mitigate risks across multiple ongoing projects. . . Establish performance indicators and continuously track, report, and improve key metrics. . . Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, foster alignment, and ensure satisfaction. . . Act as a business partner to leaders by providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations. . . Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.. . . Proven experience in process optimization and strategic business transformation roles. . . Solid knowledge and application of . Lean Six Sigma. methodologies (certification is a plus). . .
