As a Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating, integrating, and optimizing mission planning systems. You will provide analytical support to ensure systems operate effectively, assess technical and operational feasibility, and contribute recommendations for deployment and integration. The role combines technical analysis, agile prioritization, and operational insight, ensuring that solutions meet both mission and user requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex system data into actionable insights, monitor key performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to impact mission success while working in a dynamic, remote environment with occasional travel.. . Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. . Conduct operational and technical feasibility studies for mission planning systems, including MAFPS, JMPS, JOMS, and NOMS.. . Evaluate test and fielding plans to ensure proper system integration and deployment.. . Develop and maintain metrics and recommendations for system performance and improvement.. . Prioritize agile development efforts based on operational and technical requirements.. . Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system solutions meet mission objectives.. . Support documentation, reporting, and decision-making related to system enhancements and deployments.. . Candidates should have:. . Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.. . Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).. . 5–7 years of experience in mission planning systems analysis, feasibility studies, test/fielding plans, and system integration/deployment.. . Ability to travel and reside within 2–3 hours of Scott AFB, IL.. . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.. . Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.. . Preferred Qualifications:. . Experience with Agile development prioritization.. .
