We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex substation engineering and design projects in a remote work environment. This role combines strategic planning, technical oversight, and team leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate across internal teams and client stakeholders, manage risks, and apply best practices to project management processes. Lead projects with full accountability for scope, budget, schedule, and risk management across multiple substation engineering initiatives.. Develop and maintain project proposals, forecasts, budgets, and communication plans, ensuring alignment with client and internal stakeholders.. Serve as primary point of contact for clients regarding planning, RFPs, scope management, finances, contracts, and schedules.. Track project metrics using enterprise resource planning systems, update risk and issue logs, and implement mitigation strategies.. Ensure project deliverables meet quality assurance standards and compliance requirements, including safe work practices and PPE protocols.. Coordinate internal and external resources to drive team engagement, problem-solving, and successful project delivery.. Oversee project change management, documentation, and lessons learned to continuously improve processes and outcomes.. . Minimum of 7 years of consulting, client management, and relevant industry experience.. Minimum of 7 years of project management experience with knowledge of project management principles and processes.. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, technology, or a related field..
