Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese to clients in the Oil & Gas sector. . Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services. . Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. . Assist customers with account management and service-related inquiries. . Document and track customer interactions using CRM software. . Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. . Provide feedback to management on customer trends and service improvements. . . Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written). . Experience in customer service, preferably in the Energy or Oil & Gas industry. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. . Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools. . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. . Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones. .
