Manage customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipping processes, and supply chain solutions via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.. . Provide accurate information about shipping rates, timelines, and delivery options.. . Assist customers with account management, including service updates and troubleshooting inquiries.. . Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring thorough record-keeping.. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistical issues and improve service delivery.. . Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide up-to-date information to customers.. . . Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Experience in customer service, particularly in the logistics or supply chain industry, is preferred.. .
