Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) via phone, email, and chat. . Assist customers with questions regarding orders, delivery issues, and service inquiries. . Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. . Provide recommendations and assistance to enhance the customer experience. . Gather feedback from customers to help improve our services. . Participate in training sessions to stay updated on food delivery trends and service offerings. . . Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and verbal. . Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the food delivery or service industry. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. . A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing excellent service. .
