Key Responsibilities:. Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, vendors, and service providers—both verbally and in writing.. Assist in coordinating facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.. Track and manage purchase orders, invoices, and budget-related documentation.. Maintain organized records of contracts, service agreements, and compliance documents..
