This role will play a crucial role in helping the business deliver this exciting growth plan in Dubai.. Scope and Impact. Working as a vital member of the Advisory team, and reporting directly to the Middle East General Manager, you will work alongside our cross-functional teams to cultivate key client relationships and deliver best-in-class solutions. Our market consists of rights holders, media companies, brands, betting operators, teams/athletes, and investors.. This role offers significant flexibility, including the ability to work remotely within reason, considerable flexibility with travel, and the opportunity to work on genuinely fascinating projects for those interested in the sport sector. You will gain significant client exposure and have the opportunity to drive growth and build crucial account management skills.. Responsibilities. As a Consultant in Dubai, you will play a key role in aligning TFG’s growth strategy with local market opportunities. Your responsibilities will span across various domains, encompassing both strategic, revenue, and delivery functions, with a focus on supporting the regional growth initiatives:. Project Delivery. . Adopt a ‘client first’ mindset, reflected both in the scoping of project deliverables and in the ongoing management of both the client and the TFG team during projects.. . Work cross-functionally with the consulting, data science, and technology teams to deliver projects in line with the agreed scope, on time, to budget, and to the standard required by our clients.. . Revenue Generation. . Support commercial efforts in sales pursuits, including building relationships with target clients, assisting with responses to RFPs, participating in pitches, and supporting deal closure / commercial negotiations.. . Represent TFG at industry events to drive our brand visibility in the region.. . Contribute to an “outside in” mentality, ensuring client needs are at the core of our outputs and deliverables.. . Account Management. . Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.. . Leverage your network and support existing TFG accounts in the region to build long-term relationships with change agents in the sports ecosystem.. . Help build strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and project levels to develop a deeper understanding of their drivers and how TFG can assist them.. . Value Proposition Development & IP Creation. . Understand TFG's USPs in the market and contribute to the evolution of our go-to-market strategy to capitalise on our proof points and existing relationships.. . Identify growth opportunities for TFG (new propositions & products, new clients, new markets) and help develop proposals to pursue them.. . Support the development of TFG's intellectual property and our goal to be easy to buy from.. . Requirements. You must have or be:. . A solid track record: Minimum of 3 years of blue-chip consulting experience, including project support, in a fast-paced, high-demand environment working across different business functions and capabilities.. .
