Good written communication skills;. Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of processes;. Basic level of English (for documentation and internal communication);. Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Bitwarden, Google Workspace.. Will be a plus. Experience with Atlassian Jira administration and workflow automation;. Knowledge of compliance and process management principles;. Experience preparing operational documentation or internal reports;. Previous experience in IT (1+ year).. Responsibilities. Create and structure tasks based on team requests;. Maintain and prioritize the backlog, plan weekly updates, and clarify task details;. Automate workflows and support existing processes in Jira;.
