Your Responsibilities. . Deliver immediate and effective roadside assistance to Dutch-speaking clients during emergency situations.. . Diagnose vehicle issues and coordinate appropriate support quickly to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.. . Maintain proactive communication with customers, keeping them updated and reassured throughout the assistance process.. . Accurately document all customer interactions and the resolutions provided to enhance service quality.. . Work collaboratively with team members and service providers to offer prompt solutions.. .
