Accountabilities:. ·         Lead development of iOS features using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit, ensuring high-quality, performant, and maintainable code.. ·         Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Quality Engineers, and Product teams to deliver engaging, user-focused mobile experiences.. ·         Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, delivery, and retrospectives.. ·         Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team.. ·         Advocate for best practices in mobile development internally and externally.. ·         Identify technical challenges early and work with the team to implement effective solutions.. ·         Review code contributions to ensure adherence to language idioms, design guidelines, and engineering standards.. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience plus specialized training).. ·         5+ years of professional mobile development experience, with a focus on iOS.. ·         Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience building iOS applications.. ·         Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team.. ·         Experience participating in Agile development processes and contributing to team-wide best practices.. ·         Nice-to-haves: 3+ years building iOS apps, 3+ years of Swift experience, 1+ year SwiftUI experience, familiarity with open-source frameworks, and Agile methodologies..
