You will be responsible for delivering thoughtful, conversion-focused campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth across the customer lifecycle.. Key Responsibilities. Email & SMS Marketing Ownership. Plan, write, design, schedule, and optimize all email and SMS campaigns end-to-end . Manage audience segmentation, lifecycle flows, automations, and promotional sends . Conduct ongoing A/B testing on subject lines, creative, messaging, and timing . Ensure deliverability best practices and compliance standards are maintained . Marketing Calendar & Campaign Planning. Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and seasonal marketing calendars . Develop campaign concepts aligned with product launches, promotions, and key retail moments . Coordinate cross-channel execution to ensure timely and consistent campaign delivery . Creative & Copy Execution. Write clear, compelling, conversion-focused marketing copy . Produce basic campaign visuals or collaborate with designers when needed . Translate marketing strategy into clear, executable creative direction . Performance Tracking & Optimization. Monitor key KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue attribution . Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities . Provide regular reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations . Maintain strong operational discipline and documentation. 4–7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing . Proven ownership of email and SMS marketing programs . Experience building and managing marketing calendars and campaigns . Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion-driven messaging . Solid understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing . Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities . Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously . Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing platforms and automation tools . Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance analytics . Basic design skills or ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams . Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or high-growth environments . Knowledge of customer retention strategies and lifecycle marketing frameworks . Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams .
