As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their inquiries, offering exceptional support in their native Nordic languages.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries regarding IT products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.. . Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance.. . Educate clients on feature usage, installation procedures, and best practices.. . Document customer interactions clearly and ensure follow-up on unresolved issues.. . Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex technical problems.. . Stay informed on the latest IT industry trends and product updates to better assist clients.. . . Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required; English proficiency is also beneficial.. . Experience in customer service, particularly in the IT or technology sector, is preferred.. . Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear manner.. .
