Manage customer inquiries regarding smart home technology products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide detailed information about product features, installations, and troubleshooting procedures.. . Assist customers with product registration, order processing, and warranty information.. . Resolve customer concerns and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.. . Collaborate with technical teams to provide clients with accurate and timely support.. . Stay updated on Smart Home technology advancements to provide informed guidance to customers.. . .
