Working closely with support, product, and engineering teams, you will leverage your deep technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Deliver high-quality technical support for complex issues across the platform, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.. . Lead critical escalations and provide detailed root cause analyses with actionable mitigation strategies.. . Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems through log analysis, configuration review, and deployment examination.. . Document customer environments and provide tailored proactive support recommendations.. . Share best practices, performance tuning tips, and architectural advice to improve reliability.. . Contribute to internal knowledge bases, diagnostic tools, and automation scripts to enhance team efficiency.. . Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customers, influence roadmaps, and help resolve product bugs.. . . 8+ years of experience in technical support or similar customer-facing engineering roles.. . Strong background in database administration (RDBMS/MPP) and distributed systems.. . Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).. . Proficiency with Linux command-line tools and scripting languages such as Shell and Python.. . Familiarity with authentication and security frameworks like LDAP, Kerberos, SSL/TLS, and SSO/OAuth.. . Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.. . Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.. . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).. . Nice to have: NOC/datacenter experience, REST API programming, non-relational database knowledge, and troubleshooting ODBC/JDBC.. . Company Location: India.
