Customer Service Representative (Project Based) at SuperStaff. Duties and Responsibilities:. Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers who are placing orders, inquiring about an order, product information, and general order assistance. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile. Stay current with industry changes/trends to provide best-in-class service. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. . Please note that this is for a 3-4 month contract only and we prioritize candidates who can start ASAP. Education and Experience:. At Least 2 years of customer service experience is preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. . Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:. Previous experience in a customer support role. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Basic computer and typing skills. Consistent attention to detail and quality. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. Strong time management skills with the majority of your time focused on inbound calls. . Flexibility with scheduling is preferred, as we will have an occasional need to cover evening and/or weekend shifts. . Must have your own laptop. . Company Location: Philippines.
