U.S.-based workers are onboarded through Volga Partners’ payroll system . Required documentation must be completed prior to starting . Compensation . Hourly compensation varies by country, language, and experience level. . Suriname, Aruba, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia: . $4 – $7 USD per hour (DOE) .
