As part of our Strategy & Operations team, you'll help Oura transform the future of health. You’ll build work with our leadership team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, shaping our long-term strategy. This role is for curious problem-solvers with a customer-first mindset and a background in finance or strategy, ideally in health, consumer tech, or CPG.. What you’ll do: . . Shape and evolve Oura's corporate strategy and help set near and long-term strategic priorities in support of our long-term vision . . Explore new ways for Oura to create value for our members and inform leadership’s thinking on opportunities to evolve our business model. . Perform in-depth market research and identify emerging trends, opportunities and threats in the digital and personal health landscape. . Assess the strategic implications and business impact of these emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats. . Perform detailed market sizing, competitive analysis, and assess the strategic fit of new growth opportunities with Oura's long-range plan. . Develop business cases and financial models for strategic initiatives, quantifying potential impact and investment requirements. . Build strong relationships and drive consensus with cross-functional teams and leaders on strategic growth and operational opportunities. . Identify capabilities required to deliver our long-range plan, and build frameworks and an M&A pipeline to support Corporate Development. . Manage our portfolio of strategic initiatives, identify risks and make sure we're investing resources and capital to maximize business impact. . Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and strategic performance updates to the broader executive leadership team. . Contribute to the continuous development of the Strategy & Operations team's roadmap, methodologies, and analytical capabilities. . This is a remote US role with a strong preference for candidates based in the PST timezone.. We would love to have you on our team if you have:. . 7-9+ years of professional experience at a management consulting firm, investment bank or working in a high-performing strategy team. . Proven experience working with executive leadership in a strategy, Chief of Staff, or similar high-impact role. . Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. . Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, financial modeling capabilities (e.g., Excel) and the ability to build simple but impactful presentations for executive audiences. . The ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with effective prioritization and out of the box, creative problem solving  . . Familiarity and a passion for health & wellness products and experiences, healthcare and the digital health space. . Company Location: United States.
