Prepare and reconcile . bank statements. , . general ledger accounts. , and . sub-ledgers. in NetSuite. . Generate . custom financial reports. and analyses in . Excel. and . NetSuite. to support management decisions. . Assist with . month-end. and . year-end closing. activities, ensuring deadlines and data integrity are maintained. . Support the . Finance Manager. with ad-hoc reporting, variance analysis, and process improvement initiatives. . Collaborate cross-functionally with . Operations. and . Sales. teams as needed. . Qualifications. . 3+ years. of accounting experience, ideally within an . e-commerce. or . consumer goods. company. . . Proficiency in NetSuite. is required. . Strong understanding of . AR/AP workflows. , reconciliations, and journal entries. . .
