Diagnose complex operational and regulatory challenges, frame solutions from first principles, and drive them to completion. Outsourcing & risk foundations:. Build and own frameworks to manage inter-group outsourcing services: Performance management, risk assessment, and strategic ownership of service execution.. Cross-functional execution:. Coordinate delivery across compliance, legal, product, and operations to deliver first-in-class products. . Workflow and systems design . Design and implement scalable operational controls spanning vendor due diligence pipelines, risk monitoring, and service performance using RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation.. 👀 . What we are looking for. STEM degree. Love to learn and are innately curious. Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to solve problems. Ruthless prioritisation skills and incredibly organised, a project management pro. Workflow builder: Track record of designing and maintaining scalable governance processes across operations and product scopes..
