Foley is seeking a dedicated and energetic . High Volume Outbound Sales Representativ. e to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for those who excel in a fast-paced sales environment and are proficient in making a high number of outbound calls to potential business clients.. Those who reside in MA, NY, CT, SC, TN, PA, NC, GA, FL, & TX are welcome to apply!. Competitive Compensation:.  Attractive base salary with a rewarding commission structure. $17.00 per hour with uncapped commission and bonus – . Target first-year earning potential $60,000-$70,000.. Key Responsibilities:. . Make 300+ outbound business-to-business calls daily using an autodialer to connect with potential customers.. . Understand and determine the regulatory needs of businesses and introduce them to Foley's range of SAAS products and services.. . Propose tailored SAAS solutions to meet specific business requirements.. . Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Foley’s products and services to effectively address client needs.. . Engage with leads to understand their unique needs and pain points, ensuring a personalized approach.. . Maintain the integrity of both Foley's and customers' information by adhering to company policies and procedures.. . WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO HAVE. . Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling and prospecting. . . Experience in the transportation industry is a plus but not required. . . Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with business decision-makers. . . A hunter mentality, eager to reach and exceed lead generation and sales targets. . . Comfortable spending 4+ hours daily on the phone. . . Ability to identify, qualify, and nurture net new small business opportunities. . . Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activity, manage pipeline, and forecast results. . . Self-motivated and goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs. . . Quick learner who can absorb industry and product knowledge to clearly articulate value to prospects. . . Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of outreach while maintaining quality. . .
