We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager to partner with one of our clients who is a fast-growing digital media company. This role is for someone who loves simplifying the complex, whether that’s facilitating team-wide adoption of new tools, or helping centralize critical data. You’ll lead key initiatives across the organization, using technology to drive alignment and efficiency at scale.. Accountability. As a Technical Project Manager, your success will be defined by your ability to plan, execute, and scale systems that help a business work smarter. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify needs, evaluate tools, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure new workflows stick. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Project Management & Execution. . Lead the planning and execution of internal automation, dashboarding, and tooling projects. . Build roadmaps and manage timelines using tools like Asana or Monday.com. . Track progress, resolve blockers, and report updates to stakeholders. . Stakeholder Collaboration. . Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Community, and Leadership. . Translate team needs into project plans, system improvements, and new workflows. . Conduct tool demos, gather feedback, and support team-wide adoption of systems. . Systems Implementation. . Identify inefficient processes (e.g., spreadsheet-based) and suggest scalable tools. . Evaluate and implement modern SaaS tools for automation, campaign tracking, or reporting. . Partner with internal tech teams to ensure tools are correctly configured and supported. . Data & Dashboarding. . Help consolidate and clean internal data across platforms (GA, CRM, spreadsheets). . Support the setup of dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio) that reflect campaign or business performance. . Manage basic API or integration tasks to connect systems. . Vendor Coordination. . Research tools and manage vendor evaluation, demo calls, and internal feedback. . Liaise with vendors during onboarding and rollout. . Support internal troubleshooting and post-rollout adjustments. . Colleagues. You’ll work directly with a dynamic client team composed of functional leads across the business. You’ll be the connector between teams, tools, and outcomes..
