Supply Chain Coordinator (International Shipping) - Work from home at Twoconnect. . Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.. . Reconcile inventory variances and resolve stock discrepancies.. . Assist with forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with the operations and eCommerce teams.. . Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.. . Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and 3PL partners to manage freight bookings, customs, and delivery schedules.. . Ensure accurate documentation for international shipments and customs clearance.. . Place purchase orders with manufacturers and suppliers based on forecast and inventory levels.. . Monitor production timelines and escalate delays or issues proactively.. . Build strong relationships with suppliers and 3PLs to improve service and efficiency.. . Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.. . Support regular reporting on supply chain performance, delivery timelines, and stock health.. . Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.. . Assist with streamlining supply chain processes and workflows.. . Support the implementation of automation tools and integrations with platforms like Shopify, NetSuite, or similar.. . Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards.. . Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.. . 5 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role in eCommerce or retail.. . Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and international shipping is required.. . Solid understanding of inventory management systems and supply chain best practices. . . Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.. . Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.. . Skilled in creating and maintaining product SKUs, variants, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for bundled or kit products (e.g., sleep sets or swaddles with accessories).. . Proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, and experience with platforms like Shopify, DEAR Systems, or NetSuite is a plus.. . Company Location: Philippines.
