In this role, you’ll take the lead in ensuring digital platforms meet accessibility standards, conduct audits, and build user-friendly web experiences for all audiences. As a Web Developer, your success will be measured by the quality, accuracy, and inclusivity of the digital experiences you deliver.. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Accessibility Compliance & Auditing. . Conduct accessibility audits across 200+ websites to ensure compliance with WCAG, ARIA, and related standards.. . Identify, prioritize, and resolve accessibility issues with practical, tested solutions.. . Use accessibility testing tools such as Wave, Lighthouse, axe, and screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver).. . Front-End Development & Maintenance. . Update copy, layouts, and styles using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.. . Write semantic, clean, and accessible code.. . Troubleshoot and maintain multiple websites, ensuring performance and usability.. . Cross-Team Collaboration. . Work directly with leadership and collaborate with department heads on feature requests, copy changes, and improvements.. . Contribute to internal training materials and share accessibility best practices across teams.. . Long-Term Development Support. .
