Accounts and Administration Officer (UK) - Work From Home at Twoconnect. . Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other Directors.. . Manage day-to-day email inboxes for the Managing Director and senior leadership, including triaging, prioritising, and actioning tasks.. . Perform bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including data entry, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and accounts maintenance.. . Handle VA-style tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, document formatting, and file organisation.. . Support other team members with inbox management when time permits.. . Assist with the preparation of reports, internal communications, and basic documentation.. . Maintain accurate administrative and financial records in accordance with company procedures.. . Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments as required. . . Coordinate internal task follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met.. . Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve task efficiency.. . Other role-specific duties as they arise.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.. . Previous experience in an administration and bookkeeping role.. . Must have proficiency in Xero accounting software.. . Strong organisational and time management skills.. . High level of attention to detail and accuracy. . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based admin tools. . . Experience managing executive or senior leadership inboxes is highly desirable.. . Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.. . A task-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.. . Prior experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment is advantageous.. .
