As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as the main technical point of contact, address any internal or external questions and issues that arise from our integrated clients (including end-users of the platforms), or escalate appropriately when necessary. Daily, you should be able to quickly troubleshoot any technical issues, pinpoint the problem, provide a solution, and escalate to tier 2 support and/or product teams only when necessary. We are looking for critical thinkers who are keen to ensure our customers succeed! . Proficiency in JS, SQL, HTML, and data analysis preferred. Previous experience or knowledge working with APIs and SDKs . Exposure or experience working with 3rd party advertising technology companies. Basic knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, its players, and how it all works. Strong communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills. Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple competing priorities. C1-2 English level is required. B1-2 German (may be evaluated). Open to work schedule starting from 6:00 am (MX time). Company Location: Mexico.
