This position is fully remote and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of results and enjoys building relationships with businesses.. Key Responsibilities. • Conduct outbound and follow up calls with companies that are recruiting, including warm inbound leads.. • Identify and engage hiring decision makers, introduce our recruitment services and qualify interest based on set criteria.. • Schedule discovery calls and consultations for recruiters or the sales team and ensure all details are accurate.. • Utilise CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.. • Confirm meetings, reduce no shows, and support smooth handover to the recruiter or sales team.. • Handle objections professionally and keep conversations focused and value driven.. • Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, campaign performance, and areas for improvement.. • Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a similar phone-based client facing role.. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. • Confidence in handling objections and overcoming challenges.. • Strong organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, or willingness to learn quickly.. • Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve measurable results.. • Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback in a high-performance environment.. • A high school diploma or equivalent, further education or training in sales, marketing, or communications is a plus..
