QA Tester. with a strong background in SaaS application testing. You'll be responsible for validating developer tasks, conducting comprehensive project testing before client handoff, and maintaining clear documentation and user manuals. This role is ideal for someone who excels at spotting bugs, understands complex workflows, and communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.. Key Responsibilities. . Review and test all developer tasks before completion to ensure data accuracy, functionality, and UI/UX consistency. . . Conduct end-to-end testing across projects, covering form logic, workflow automation, integrations, and user permissions. . . Document test cases, steps, and outcomes in a structured format. . . Create clear, user-friendly manuals and internal guides, including screenshots and process flows. . . Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and share test results. . . Must-Have Skills & Experience:. . Minimum of 2 years of QA testing experience in SaaS applications . . Strong proficiency in testing tools like BrowserStack, TestRail, Postman, or similar . . Hands-on experience with bug tracking platforms (Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello) . . Basic understanding of APIs and Webhooks . . Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript . . Excellent written communication skills and ability to document clearly . . Experience creating manuals, process maps, and test scenarios . . Preferred:. . Experience in Zoho Creator, CRM, or Desk. . Exposure to automation platforms like Zapier or Zoho Flow . . Deluge scripting experience . . Any Zoho or QA certifications . . Company Location: South Africa.
