Build and maintain tools, utilities, and frameworks that simplify demo configurations and enable repeatability across multiple teams.. Conduct live demonstrations, workshops, and configuration sessions for internal and customer stakeholders.. Troubleshoot technical issues during demo preparation and live presentations, ensuring seamless delivery and resolution.. . 5+ years of experience in enterprise platform development, ServiceNow administration, scripting, or outbound product roles.. Proven expertise in developing engaging, outcome-driven software demonstrations.. Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide Scripting, and ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).. ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are mandatory.. Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills to translate technical capabilities into business value..
