R30 000 - R35 000. Key Responsibilities. Financial Management. Lead weekly bookkeeping processes across multiple entities . Oversee client invoicing, credit control, and supplier payments . Manage bank reconciliations and ensure up-to-date cash flow data . Maintain accurate intercompany accounts and deferred income records . Track rental income and costs, ensuring correct allocations across properties . Respond to finance-related queries via shared inboxes . Systems & Automation. Optimise and maintain workflows in . Xero. , . Dext. , . ApprovalMax. , and . Telleroo. . Manage user access, system permissions, and integration integrity . Drive automation and system improvements to streamline financial processes . Collaborate with operations and tech teams to align financial and property systems . Reporting & Compliance. Prepare weekly finance dashboards: cash position, debtors, and payables . Lead preparation for monthly finance reviews with leadership . Support quarterly . UK VAT submissions. and compliance . Ensure accurate record-keeping aligned with UK financial regulations . Qualifications and Experience. Essential:. . Xero Certified Advisor. with up-to-date certification . . Minimum 3–5 years. of senior-level bookkeeping experience .
