Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced . "Head of Existing Business". for their organization.. The Senior Manager - Existing Business will be responsible for driving the growth of existing SME clients with a focus on revenue driving strategies and building stronger relationships with our clients. . Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, they will be supporting the Account Management and Upgrade teams in scaling and also own the creation of new Product focused sales teams. . Our customer is scaling at a rapid pace and this role will play a pivital part in the company's growth so requires someone who is willing to give everything into supporting us in executing this, and raise the bar in terms of performance and what others think is possible. . Qualifications. . 5-8 years experience working in Sales ideally in the fintech industry with a focus on SME / high volume customer segments. . 5+ years experience as a Manager / Head of within such roles as Account Management or Existing Business . . Proven top performer as a people manager within Sales with a track record of exceptional results and passionate about building high performing teams . . Thrives in a scaling business enviroment with a focus on continuous improvement . . An expert in driving revenue from existing business clients and creating strategies that add value to clients across multiple teams . . Passionate about delivering results and getting your hands dirty, driving change and making an impact - this is not a role for someone who wants to sit in the ivory tower . . You’re not only an experienced Sales professional but someone who is very strong in the data of performance, including creating targets and incentive programs, and comfortable with Salesforce and other common software tools like Outreach. . Key Responsibilities. . Responsible for driving MRR growth within our existing SME segmnet and reducing churn. . Creating a high performing culture within the teams with a focus on performance management and always looking to rasie the bar in terms of what our potential is . . Leading multiple teams of over 20 sales executives and scaling this to over 40 executives in the first 12 months with ownership of hiring . . Setting targets for the teams to drive performance related to exisitng business and the incentive programs we have in place to reward top performance . . Launch new Product led sales team, collaborating with the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Prodcut Officer on how this is executed . . Work closely with the Marketing function to drive customer enagement via CRM, Webinars, with a focus on the SME segmnet . . Excellent communicator with both direct reports and senior leadership . . Becoming a product expert in terms of how Finom is beneficial with SMEs and drive product development based on customer feedback and knowledge . . Drive market penetration in our core makrets in DE/ FR/ IT/ NL/ and ES . . You will be a key part of the Sales Leadership Team and drive standards across the whole functon and support the Chief Revenue Officer in driving performance across the whole Sales function . .
