AIRS has finalized a $20 million Series B fundraising stage last July, leading to a total of approximately $35 million raised to date.. 🎯 Roles & Responsibilities. U.S. Tax Compliance:. Prepare and file federal and state corporate income tax returns, sales/use tax, and other statutory filings.. Ensure compliance with all U.S. federal and state tax regulations and deadlines.. Coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.. Financial Accounting & Reporting:. Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close accounting activities.. Support audit preparation and coordination with external auditors.. Support intercompany accounting and transfer pricing documentation.. Process Improvement & Compliance:. Ensure accurate record-keeping for tax and financial reporting purposes.. Review and verify expense to confirm compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.. Improve continuously business processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.. 🌟 Qualifications . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;. Minimum 5 years of U.S. accounting experience, with hands-on exposure to federal and state tax.. Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean.. Proficiency in ERP and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. 🏅 Preferred Experiences (Good to Have) . CPA certification.
