How you’ll help us in your role . We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. . As a Graphic Designer at FieldWrk, you'll develop usable brand assets, templates, and sales & recruitment materials across digital and print. . You'll also assist with visual identities, creative campaigns, and prepping presentation decks.. The crative team is tight-knit, and our process is highly collaborative. We review content, pass projects back and forth, and support one another’s work. Under the guidance of the Creative Director, you'll collaborate closely with our team of art directors, copywriters, web designers, social media managers, video directors, and project managers to produce design deliverables that serve our clients’ goals. . Key Responsibilities . Deliver high-quality design work that serves our clients. Uphold FieldWrk’s design standards . Present and collaborate on designs with internal teams. Ensure highest quality in final deliverables. Educate yourself on our clients and industries in order to connect with clients and understand the target audiences. Execute on a range of design projects . Design deliverables and projects you are responsible for could include, but are not limited to: . Templates. — Word Docs, PowerPoints / Slides, InDesign Templates, Canva Templates. Digital Graphics . — Icons, Illustrations, Infographics, Social Media, Paid Ads, Email, Digital OOH. Print Deliverables. — Stationery, Brochures, RFPs (Request For Proposal), Event Displays, Event Banners, Event Collateral, Team Gear / PPE & Merch Designs, OOH. Visual Brand Identity Support. — Mood Boards, Logo Development, Type Systems, Color Palettes, Ancillary Graphics, Mockups, Presentation Decks, Brand Guidelines, Final Deliverables / Exports. Creative Campaign Support. — Employer Branding / Recruiting Materials, Mockups, Presentation Decks, Campaign Guidelines, Final Deliverables / Exports. The right designer for this role has: . Minimum 3+ years of proven design experience in crafting brands and design materials, preferably in an agency setting. Expert-level proficiency with the Adobe design suite—Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Proven ability to build high-quality brand and marketing templates in Figma, Canva, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint . Excellent visual eye and understanding of design best practices, color theory, and typography. Confidence in communication, including the ability to help guide discussions and decision-making. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment . Experienced working in Google Productivity Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, monday.com (or similar PM software), Slack (or similar comms software). Comfortable working in a cooperative, iterative design process. Strong appreciation for the relationship between copy and design. Eagerness to collaborate and give/receive feedback with grace. Ability to work within CST hours (9 AM-5 PM CT). Strong desire to make a positive impact through design for hardworking / construction industries. From a cultural perspective, a great candidate is:.
